The process

 Booking Details:

  • All weddings require a signed "Wedding Contract" and a 25% deposit based on the total of hair and makeup services. This is non refundable. Wedding dates are not booked unless BOTH are complete. The full contract amount is due a week prior to the wedding date. Any additional fees are due the day of the event.

  • The final headcount for your bridal party is required 90 days from the date of your wedding. Bride will be responsible for payment of any person canceling.

  • Travel Fee is $50 per stylist for 30 mins of travel. Example: 60 mins of travel = $100 per stylist. If stylists are traveling over 60 miles, you are required to provide an appropriate hotel room within 10 miles of the wedding site.

  • Assistant Fee is $300 per assistant present for preparation on your wedding day. We will have 1-3 assistants on-site depending on the size of your bridal party. 

Bridal Party Minimums:

  • We require a minimum of 5 people or $2000.00 per bridal party for combined hair & makeup services.

    • This includes the bride, plus up to 4 bridesmaids all receiving hair & makeup (Example: If you only have a Bride plus 3 bridesmaids you're subject to the minimum dollar amount.)

    • This amount does not include a bridal trial.

  • We require $550.00 for each additional combined service - hair & makeup.

    • This is for any additional service outside of the bridal party and/or additional bridesmaids if you have more than 4. 

    • (Example: mom, mother in law, grandma etc.)

 Bridal Hair Concepts Trial:

  • The Bridal Hair concept trial and practice is a fee of $150 for 90 minutes. 

  • Each additional 30 minutes is $50. 

  • A complete trial “Redo” is $200 for 2 hours.

  • This is scheduled 3-6 months prior to your wedding.

  • Yes!! We are SO SO excited to be on your “I do” Crew! Step one in submitting a Bridal Inquiry. You can find that form here. Please note that all wedding communication will be through email.

  • While we don’t have a minimum time to book, we do tend to book out over a year in advance. In order to perfectly coordinate your day and ensure we have availability we recommend booking at least 6 months ahead.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date, and your contract must be signed and returned within 10 days.

  • Yes! We want our brides to feel their absolute best on their wedding day and it is very important to us that your desires are met. A trial is the best way we can see your goals and make any tweaks ahead of time so your wedding day is zero pressure and enjoyable.

  • We do! Guests have the option of hosting their bridal party or group in our luxurious, beautiful, salon (photographers absolutely love working in our space!) or our team travels on location.

  • We do! We have a team of pros that offer both hair and make-up services!
