Running Late/Cancellation/No Show Policy
We value and respect your time and patronage. As an industry we rely on a consistent and predictable schedule to maintain our income. While our policies are non-negotiable, they are meant to support an open and respectful relationship with our clients. If you have any questions please ask your stylist or reach out to management.
Our salon requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling or appointment adjustments.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day, or “no call no shows” are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A guest running more than 15 minutes late can result in a rescheduled or cancelled appointment if the stylist is unable to accommodate
Color services may be held with a pre-authorized major credit card. A minimum deposit of $50 may be required for any major color service(s) that require a 3 hours block of time or larger.
Refund, Adjustment and Payment Policy
We pride ourselves in our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We will do our very best to ensure all guests are satisfied with all services provided. Due to unforeseen variables, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can be miscommunicated. No matter what, our guest's satisfaction is our number one priority. We ask that any guest that needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to the salon within 48 hours of their original service. Please, be aware that shampooing hair within 48 hours will affect what adjustments can be made. Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed the Salon Director will determine the proper course of action.
Any adjustment or redos need to be scheduled within a week of the original service, anything beyond a week is subject to pay the full cost of the second service. If you wish to see another stylist for an adjustment, that appointment will be subject to their full pricing. If your hair is altered in any way by you or another salon no complimentary adjustments will be made.

Appointments over 3 hours may require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
Color services may be held with a pre-authorized credit card. A minimum deposit of $50 may required for any major color service(s) that require a 3 hours block of time or larger.
All services will be held with a pre- authorized credit card, and all forms must be completed in order to secure the service. Forms may include a new client intake, a color waiver, extension waiver and/or a salon policy acknowledgement.
All extension services will be held after the initial consultation, and when the hair is paid for in full.
Some color services, especially with a new client or with a large transformation may require a pre-service consultation to ensure the proper time and services are booked. This can be done in person or virtually. During the consultation your stylist will go over your hair needs, pricing, timing, expectations, etc.. Depending on the service a waiver may required.

There are several options for tape-in extensions, while some people just need a few pieces to thicken up lengths or strengthen the design line of a bob haircut, Others prefer a full head of mermaid hair. Hand-Tied Brands
Hand-tied extensions are amazing and are easily camouflaged in the hair! For those of you who wear their hair up frequently or decided a lob was a good idea then had a taksey backsy moment! These are sewn-in wefts on beaded rows that last anywhere from 4-10weeks, between move-ups, depending on the hair texture and density. Expect a higher initial cost for hair, coloring blending of the hair, and initial application. This hair lasts 4-6 months, however, with proper home care, we’ve seen some hair types last even longer. We love to get social and share the talents of our staff as they transform your hair. Any photos we take of you are the property of ARROW and may be used for marketing and branding purposes. Please let us know if you do not want your photo or likeness used by the salon.

PARKING
There are quite a few free spots in the lot behind the salon, please avoid parking in the center spots, or you will be towed.
There is free street parking on both Acoma, and South Broadway, as well as a free public lot near the East Hampden and South Broadway intersection.

No, a blow-dry isn't always mandatory after a color service, but it is highly recommended by stylists to see the final result and ensure client satisfaction. Leaving with wet hair means the color can look darker or different, and the stylist can't check for any necessary adjustments or balance issues

Tipping is of course at your discretion, however it is recommended to tip the stylist's assistant. It is considered proper salon etiquette, as assistants often rely on tips to supplement their wages, which can be minimum wage or commission-based.
Your generous contributions are always deeply appreciated. Our preferred gratuity methods include cash, check, or you may add your customized amount directly to your credit card total. We thank you in advance for your kind consideration and support.

Street parking is the main parking option for the salon. We have provided a map here.
Please note, cars are subject to be towed from the loading zone in front of our entrance as well as from our neighboring businesses marked private parking spots.

Yes! Our booking system sends out automated notifications. You'll receive an automated message on the day you schedule your appointment. If you haven't confirmed by the evening before your appointment, you will receive a second, final confirmation at that time.

For first-time extension clients, yes, you will need to book a consultation prior to your installation appointment. This ensures that we select the best method and colors that will help you achieve your ideal look. Consultations are also for returning clients who are switching to different extension types.
