Originally from Houston, Texas, Katie built her 17 year career in high-end salon environments, where she developed not only her technical expertise but also a deep appreciation for the relationships formed behind the chair. She truly loves creating a personalized, welcoming experience for every client and considers it a privilege to be part of their confidence and self-expression. During her career, Katie stepped away from the chair for a few years to dedicate time to raising her four children– an experience that further shaped her perspective on connection, balance, and the importance of helping others feel their best. Now based in Denver, she is excited to grow her clientele and continue delivering a luxury salon experience defined by artistry, care, and genuine connection.

Katie brings a refined, detail-oriented approach to her craft with a background rooted in luxury brands such as Kerastase and Shu Uemura– having worked a large portion of her career at one of the first Shu Uemura Signature Salons in the country. She specializes and is certified in French Balayage through L’Oreal Professionnel, and is known for creating soft, lived-in color that mimics a naturally sun-kissed finish. She takes great care in refining each color and cut to achieve a result that feels natural, polished, and highly customized. Katie also enjoys helping clients achieve their hair goals with the use of extensions. She has a particular talent for creating seamless, natural looking blends that enhance both volume and length. She’s passionate about cutting, color, styling, and even up-dos– approaching every service with precision and a commitment to thoughtful customization. Her work is guided by an eye for detail, ensuring each guest leaves with a result that feels both elevated and effortless.

When she’s not in the salon, Katie is most likely at home with her husband and their four kids (ages 9, 7, 5, and 2), embracing the chaos and joy of family life. A self-proclaimed voracious reader, she’s either keeping up with her busy crew or unwinding with a good book and a quiet night in. She understands the pace of busy family life and loves creating a space where guests can slow down and feel taken care of.
